FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request your timely RSVP to assist in finalizing arrangements for our special day. Please ensure your response reaches us no later than November 1st. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we adore little ones and understand the desire to share our special day with them, we have decided to keep our celebration to adults only. We will only be able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation. We hope for your understanding in respecting our wishes for this occasion. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Question

Are additional plus one's allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we understand the desire to share our special day with additional loved ones, we have decided to keep our celebration to those listed on the invitation. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Question

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up for our special day. We kindly request cocktail attire for this joyous occasion. Typically, the weather this time of year ranges from highs of 80s to lows of 40s so dress accordingly.

Question

When should I arrive at the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony location is a 5-minute walk from street parking or downtown hotels. Due to the holiday, plan to give yourself extra time if you are going to use ride-share (uber, lyft, etc). We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4 pm.

Question

What are the parking and transportation arrangments?

Answer

As Stillwell House is located in downtown Tucson, there can be limited parking. We encourage everyone to use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to ensure everyone makes it home safe. The SunLink Tram system is also available for guests staying in downtown Tucson who do not wish to walk. We recommend planning for transportation accordingly.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We're excited to offer an open bar serving one exclusive signature cocktail, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and seltzers. Please remember to bring your ID for verification; and cash (or Venmo) to tip the bar. Cheers to celebrating together.
