When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 2/15/22 so that we can account for all who plan to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please anticipate to be at the garden club by 3:00. For those driving from out-of-town, make sure to give ample time to get through the Orlando traffic on I-4.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The simple answer- no. We wish for everyone to dress how they see fit. However, we do suggest garden attire; sundresses and light colored attire would be appreciated.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless a plus one is noted on your invitation, we ask that you do not bring any additional guests. We are planning for a small and intimate ceremony. We ask that you respect our wishes in this.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In the event that child-care cannot be arranged, we would be happy to have your child in attendance. Please notify us with ample time so that we can arrange for food and seats to be added to your table for children.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "travel" section for hotel recommendations. There you will find a range of recommended hotels for multiple budgets/needs.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Please notify us asap if any dietary needs so that arrangements can be made. We will work with our caterer to accommodate all needs, if possible.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, There is on-site parking at the garden club as well as overflow parking at the marina next door.

Question

I see there is a cigar lounge listed, I am sensitive to smoke. What should I do?

Answer

Good question! The garden club has a vast landscape as well as multiple patios. The lounge area will be near the Bay, in an open-air area, away from other reception areas. We want to be respectful of any personal preferences/health concerns and have carefully chosen the location based on this.
