Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Red Barn Guest Ranch at 345 Mid Valley Lane, New Castle, CO.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be transportation provided, but the hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the venue!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony between 3:30-3:45pm. The reception will start promptly at 4pm. You will need a few minutes to park your car and walk over to the ceremony site!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend weather-appropriate cocktail attire. However, the ceremony will be outdoors in the grass, so plan footwear and additional layers accordingly, if necessary. We will move indoors for the reception where there is heating!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

There will be free parking on site!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What should I do?

Answer

We will try our best to have food options for those with dietary restrictions or allergies. Please let us know at the time of your RSVP or reach out to Julia if you need to be accounted for in the accommodations.
