We met in November of 2012 when we became coworkers at Starbucks in South Lake Tahoe. Slowly, after working together and getting to know each other, we realized we had a common hobby; snowboarding. Our first "date" was on the perfect powder blue bird day at Heavenly where we spent all day riding in the trees. One of our all time favorite memories is when Brandon failed to stop and ran right into Natalie, sending her flying. Over the next couple months we became exclusive and inseparable, although we had to hide our relationship because of work. Over the Last 8 years we've lived in Colorado and several parts of California, got our fur baby Jaxson, survived 2 rounds of long distance, Natalie finished nursing school and became a NICU nurse, Brandon began his cyber tech schooling, and most recently we bought a house! We have grown so much together as a couple and continue to thrive with each others constant love and support along with all of yours! We are so excited to share this next step with all of you!
June 24, 2019 was the perfect day. We went to Tahoe with our roomies/besties for a weekend getaway to escape the 110 degree weather in Roseville. The day consisted of a beach day, rum runners at the Beacon, and finally reservations at our favorite sushi restaurant. While getting ready for dinner the idea of watching the sunset at Fallen Leaf Lake was thrown out there by Emmet (Natalie has always been a sucker for sunsets) so of course she was thrilled! We arrived at this quaint little dock at the perfect time, the sun was about to set and the view was to die for. As couples we had to jump on the opportunity to get cute pictures so Karly and Emmet get theirs first then they took some of us. Little did Natalie know that the one of the best moments of her life was about to be captured perfectly. After a few photos, a very nervous Brandon turned and got down on his knee to ask Natalie to be his wife with the most STUNNING ring. After Natalie was able to catch her breath from ugly crying she said YES! The rest is history!
