The dress code is "smart casual". We recommend a dress, nice pants or a skirt and a nice blouse for women and dark denim or suit pants with a neat shirt for men.
Usually around this time in June we can expect temperatures with a high of 93 degrees and a low of 69 degrees. typically we don't have much rain but it's never a bad idea to bring an umbrella just in case!
The reception and the ceremony are both going to be held at the Milestone! So there is no need to travel anywhere other than inside after the ceremony!
The ceremony will take place outdoors but we will move inside for the reception.
After the ceremony is over, we will ask the guests to move to the outdoor patio for a cocktail hour so that the family of the bride and groom as well as the bridal party can take pictures. But please, help yourself to the bar and we will be in to party with you as soon as we can be!
We will miss you dearly! If you cannot make the wedding, please send us your RSVP stating that you are unable to make it so that we can plan accordingly.
The ceremony begins at 6:00pm so please arrive by 5:30pm so that you are able to make it to your seat on time and will not be late for the ceremony.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Yes! We have a hotel block at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference center. While booking your room let them know you are here for the Hodges-Sauceda wedding! This will give you access for a traditional room for $149.00/night (before tax). The final date to book a room with our room block is 5/28/21 so please book as soon as possible to avoid paying their full rate.
Please RSVP no later than 5/19/2021 as we want to make sure we are planning our evening accordingly. An RSVP card will be sent with the invitation for you to mail directly back to us or you can RSVP online through our wedding website!
We would love for you to take as many pictures as you would like at the reception and post to social media! However, please do not take ANY pictures during the ceremony. The photographer will be the only person authorized to use electronics during this time frame.
No we will not be providing any transportation from the hotel to the The Milestone so please plan accordingly.

Yes, we will be serving BBQ buffet style for dinner and the bar is open for premium beer and wine!
