Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, October 22nd, but the earlier the better!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We have a strict limit on headcount, so we would prefer that you please respect the number of seats indicated on your invite. However, if you feel we made an error, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Question

Will there be a shuttle service back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! A night shuttle will run every 30 minutes between 8:00pm to 1:00am from Rancho Las Lomas to the hotels listed in the "Travel & Lodging" tab.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, a free valet service will be provided. However, if you plan on drinking at the reception, we encourage guests to Uber/Lyft to the venue, and use the night shuttle to get home safely. Be aware that wait times for Uber/Lyft pickups may be 15-20 minutes. Please plan accordingly.

What if someone in my party requires mobility assistance?

Answer

There are two blue parking spots close to the ceremony location (the valet will direct you), and the venue will provide a golf cart and driver for anyone who needs a little extra help navigating the slope down to the ceremony.

I have dietary restrictions, where can I indicate these?

Answer

No problem! Please let us know in your RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Beer, wine, and our signature cocktail will be available for free all night. All other liquor can be purchased, but we will have a “no-shots” policy until 8pm. All non-alcoholic beverages, including: our signature mocktail, soft drinks, water, juice, tea, coffee, and hot apple cider will be available for free all night.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! The total number of guests indicated on your RSVP card should reflect your entire party, including little ones. If we missed one (or if you are expecting another!) please let us know.

Will there be child care at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We want all our parents to enjoy our wedding to the fullest! Onsite child care will be available free of charge, from 8pm to midnight. This service will be provided by Mollycoddlers. The sitters are bonded and insured and CPR/1st aid trained. They are also interviewed, reference checked and background screened. They also have newborn/infant expertise.

Is there a children's menu?

Answer

Yes! The children's menu includes: Chicken fingers, macaroni & cheese, and fruit salad, plus ranch dressing and ketchup for dipping.

What are our wedding colors?

Answer

Ivory, some light pinks, pops of maroon, and gold accents. Bridesmaids dresses will be maroon.

Question

Can I bring my pet?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not permit pets.
