We understand this is a destination wedding that may be out of some people’s budgets. Although we will miss you so much kindly RSVP no as soon as you know whether you can make it so that we have an accurate count on our numbers. We also are happy to host anyone who wants to visit our home in Texas after our wedding if anyone would want to spend some quality time with us.
We definitely are able to pair people or groups up for those who are interested in sharing a room! If you are please text Marisa (210-607-9521) and she can assist with this.
We request that you wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. We want to see everyone wear color as well, please no black or white and avoid neutral colors. Please note weather will be hot in Mexico so do not wear anything too heavy. Please use the following link to see our color inspiration: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lX097B9ImIHQgMp2qmUTdLM8FErfWZ5Z/view?usp=drivesdk
We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation, thank you for understanding.
Yes! There will be an open bar throughout the entire cocktail hour and reception for everyone to have fun. If you are a guest of the resort there are also multiple bars throughout the location that are included in your stay for the whole trip. Please drink responsibly - the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
No, while we love the beach we will not be on it for the ceremony, we will be on a terrace overlooking the ocean with beautiful views.
Yes, a valid passport is required for all U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico. Be sure to check that your passport is up to date well before the trip, as processing times for renewals can take several weeks.
Absolutely! Although the food and alcohol is included we HIGHLY recommend bringing a bunch of single USDs (pesos aren’t necessary) to tip at bars and restaurants. It’s much appreciated by the hard working employees and they will go the extra mile for you if you do.
We wouldn't recommend drinking the water in Mexico. The resort does state they filter their water but it doesn’t hurt to be on the safe side. You do not need to bring your own water bottles the resort will have plenty. The resort does source out for their ice so it is completely safe!
