What kind of venue is it?
Answer
The venue is fully outdoors, but if it gets too hot there are misting stations, a huge fan, shaded areas, and we will have water available all day

What is the parking situation?
Answer
The venue has tons of parking, but we encourage guests to carpool as much as possible!

What kind of food will there be?
Answer
Our menu is fully plant-based, with gluten free options available. The food style will be classic summer bbq foods, sliders, potato salad, etc.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes, but please don't get too carried away, and be sure to have arrangements to get home safely that do NOT involve driving drunk!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Generally summer formal, and you're encouraged to wear natural, earthy/leafy/floral tones, but most important is that you're comfortable! Bring a change of shoes and/or clothes for dancing if yours are uncomfortable. And honestly, we don't care if you show up in pajamas, we just want to celebrate with all our favorite people :)

Can I bring a date?

Generally, we are not allowing plus-ones. If there is an exception being made, we have already contacted you about it.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes kids are welcome! Just keep them on a leash ;) jk, but obviously be a parent if you're bringing your child

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No, we are not providing transportation. Please plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We hope our menu will meet all of our guests dietary needs, but if there is something you are concerned about, feel free to reach out and we will do everything we can to make sure there is food for you!
