There are several convenient travel options for your trip to Elafonisos. Whether you rent a car for a scenic drive, hop on a bus for a hassle-free ride, or take a taxi for a more direct route, we've gathered some details to help make your trip as smooth as possible!
Rental Car

* Head to the regional bus stop located in the Arrivals area at the Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, between exits 2 and 3, in front of the Sofitel Airport Hotel and take the bus towards Kifissos Bus Station. * At the terminal, get on the bus to Neapolis, Lakonia. * Once in Neapolis, go to the Pounta Pier, which is about 15 minutes away from Neapolis (Easier by taxi. Alternatively, a bus line is also available). * Finally, from Pounta Pier, take the ten-minute ferry transfer that will take you to Elafonisos. The ferry, in season, is available every half hour from 7.00 to 24.00 and tickets can be purchased on site before boarding the ferry, it is not possible to book them online.
