We kindly request that you RSVP no later than February 26, 2026. This date is essential for us to finalize our headcounts with the venue and catering team. If you are unable to RSVP by the deadline, please contact Stavri ( 205-886-1799) or Sharm (857-389-2823) directly.

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 1:30PM at Notre Dame Church. We kindly ask all guests to arrive and be seated no later than 1:15PM. This allows you enough time to find parking, locate your seat, and enjoy the prelude music before we begin!

For our wedding ceremony, we kindly request Semi-Formal attire. To help us set a beautiful scene, we would love for our guests to incorporate shades of light pink or light gray into their outfits. Above all, please be comfortable and ready to celebrate!

We are so excited to celebrate with you! If you intend to bring anyone else with you during the wedding, we request that you include his/her name in the RVSP or let either Stavri or Sharm know.

Answer

Yes, we do! We have secured a special group rate and provided details for the Wellsworth Hotel. Please visit the Travel & Accommodations page on our website for all the booking links, discount codes, and instructions for reserving your room. We recommend booking early, as the block is limited!

Absolutely. Your safety is our priority! When you submit your RSVP, there is a dedicated field on the form to note any severe food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions (e.g., Celiac, Vegan, Nut Allergy, etc.). Please be specific. We will ensure the catering team prepares an appropriate and safe meal for you.

Answer

Yes, free parking is available at both locations! Ceremony (Notre Dame Church): Free parking is available in the church lot located directly within the church premises. Reception (Wellsworth Hotel): Free on-site parking is available for all guests. If you are staying at the hotel, you are welcome to leave your car overnight.

While we are not providing shuttle service, both Notre Dame Church and the Wellsworth Hotel offer ample free parking for all guests. We strongly recommend arranging carpools, taxis, or ride-sharing.
