Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Children are only invited if they are specifically listed on your RSVP or are under 12 months old. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Our bar will be open for the evening. Cheers!

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! An evening shuttle will be available to take guests back to the Holiday Inn Express, Marshalltown during the reception. Please note there will not be a shuttle to the venue before the ceremony. We encourage carpooling if you plan to take the shuttle back, so you can easily return the next day to pick up your vehicle. There is plenty of parking at the venue, and cars may be left overnight.

How far away is the venue from the hotel?

The venue is approximately 20-25 minutes from the Holiday Inn Express, Marshalltown. Please plan accordingly to ensure you arrive with time to settle in before the ceremony.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside. Please check the forecast and dress accordingly–we want you to be comfortable!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM to find your seat and enjoy the view!

How do I book a room with the hotel block rate?
Answer
To receive the discounted rate, please book your accommodations by May 13, 2025. Rates are: $149/night for Single King $159/night for Double Queen You can book using the link provided on the Travel page with the group code NSW, or by calling the hotel directly at (888) 465-4329. If you are unable to access the block rate, contact Aaron or Cheyenne, and they can work with the hotel to add more rooms to the block.
