Question

Will you provide updates related to back-up plans and COVID restrictions?

Answer

Yes! Please check this site for any announcements. While we still have plenty of time before the wedding, we understand that you may be concerned about being "back to normal" before October 2021. We and our immediate families are vaccinated and following guidelines as states and cities reopen. As of today, we are moving forward as planned.

Question

Have you created a gift registry?

Answer

Celebrating with you on our special day is the only gift we require. However, for your convenience, we have registered for the items we'd find the most useful as we prepare for married life! We have created registries at Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Amazon; these registries are combined with a few other items on our "Registry" tab on this site. Please note that the Registry tab syncs with our individual registries once a day, but you have the option to click on an item and choose "I Bought This Already" to ensure an item is marked as purchased in the short-term. Note that the item will still need to be marked as purchased on the Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, or Amazon registry or the item will revert back to "available" after the next registry sync. We are so thankful for your kindness and generosity during this exciting time!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you please wear cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that our ceremony and reception will be indoors, but our cocktail hour will be outdoors on the Camden County Boathouse patio overlooking the Cooper River. Depending on the weather, you may want to bring a sweater!

Question

May I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided that our reception will be an adults only event. We both have large families, and we want to celebrate with as many adults as our venue will allow. We ask that you think of our wedding as a night out, and please plan for a babysitter ahead of time.

Question

May I bring a date?

Answer

Our invitations will be addressed to those individuals that we hope will join us. Please be considerate of our large guest list and our venue's maximum capacity, and reach out to us if you have any questions.

Question

May I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have an amazing photographer and videographer (Pravada Photography & Videography) that will be capturing our special day for us! We politely ask that phones/cameras be put away during the ceremony to ensure that our photographer can get some unobstructed shots. During our reception, please take as many photos as you'd like and don't forget to use our hashtag, #WorthTheBraithWAITe!

Question

Will there be options for individuals with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! Our caterer offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options, though we won't list them all on our response card. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to us and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn: Philadelphia-Cherry Hill; please use the group code: SBW. For more information, please visit our "Travel" page.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle service from the Holiday Inn: Philadelphia-Cherry Hill to the Camden County Boathouse before our cocktail hour with a return trip at the end of the night. For other wedding related events, we ask that you please make transportation arrangements. Please check out our "Travel" page for more information.

Question

Is your wedding handicap accessible?

Answer

Though the ceremony will be held in St. Timothy's upper church, there is an elevator for guests who may not feel comfortable using the stairs. The reception is on the second floor of the Camden County Boathouse, which is also accessible by elevator.
