Due to limited space, ONLY those who are on the invitation may attend. We also want our special day to be intimate with only our closest friends and family. Thanks for understanding!
The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. If you are not seated by 4:15pm, you will be asked to wait for the ceremony to be finished. We recommend arriving at 4pm to make sure you find a seat.
Please RSVP by June 10th. If you haven’t RSVP’d by the deadline, we will not be able to accommodate you at the ceremony or reception. If you are not able to make it to the wedding, please let us know in the RSVP section.
Our ceremony will be an intimate moment we want to share with you. We’ve hired a photographer to capture this special moment. Please be present with us and put your phone away.
Our wedding will be a formal event. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, and ladies can opt for a floor length gown or formal cocktail dress. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white/ivory/cream.
The ceremony will be outside on the terrace. It will probably be hot, so be prepared. We will have water and fans available. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside in the Magic Rat.
For overnight guests of the hotel, parking will be available on the ground level of the Firehouse Alley Parking Structure, located directly next to the hotel. Parking can be attached to your reservation for an additional $23/night, granting in-and-out access to the ground level parking. Short term parking is available in the upper levels of the Firehouse Alley parking structure, at $1/hour with the first hour being free—prepaid at the kiosks located throughout the hotel. There are also free 2-hour parking spots surrounding the hotel, which are monitored by the city between the hours of 8am-6pm. As of now, parking with the city is free on Sundays.
Unfortunately, no. We chose to put more money towards great food options and quantity over doing an open bar. There will be a cash bar available.
