COVID Wedding Details

So far, so good...wedding is on, as planned(ish) for 8/22. We will be doing everything we can to provide as much open air, social distancing and safety as possible. We will have hand sanitizer throughout the venue and ask that even if you don't agree with masks, you respect those that do and take proper precautions while indoors by bringing one with you to wear while not eating/drinking. We will have some extra on hand should you forget. Additionally, at this time we will not be doing assigned seating. We're hoping to be able to give you the freedom to sit wherever and with whomever you feel most comfortable - without us determining that on your behalf. As such, we'll have some informal seating areas outside in the courtyard, weather permitting. We will NOT have seating at the bar. (sorry, guys) Also, we have moved the actual ceremony from the courtyard to the garden (again, weather permitting) located a very short walk across the parking lot from the reception area. This should provide plenty of space and seating to enjoy the ceremony in the open air with plenty of room to spread out. And even more space for the reception. Finally, while our final counts are already finalized, if for some reason you are not feeling well we do ask that you just let us know....and stay home to take care of yourself. You will not hurt our feelings. We just want you - and everyone else - to stay healthy. And for anyone who is not able to attend in person, we are hoping to provide an opportunity to view the ceremony on Zoom and have created a Zoom event on here to join. (Just need to identify someone to record at the ceremony!) If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask. We look forward to celebrating with you all! Love, Jason & Nicole
