Miami International Airport is 160 miles from Key West. It is an approximately 3-hour drive. It is a gorgeous drive down that goes past the Everglades and allows you to see all of the Florida Keys. There are many picturesque beach towns along the way along with state parks and public beaches. Snorkeling or a quick dip in the gorgeous blue waters is always a fun way to break up a drive! Stop at the Key Lime Co. in Marathon and grab key lime pie on a stick! It's where we got our first taste of REAL Florida key lime pie and we have not looked back since!

This beautiful hotel is located right by the water with a gorgeous pool and sandy area (but unfortunately, no direct ocean access), lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for kiddos! This hotel also provides continental breakfast, free parking, and poolside refreshments! All rooms include a balcony with chairs and a sitting area with a couch! Blocked rooms that are available include king rooms with gulf views, double queen rooms with gulf views, and a 2 bedroom family suite with bunk beds. There is also a $35 daily resort fee. Shuttle from the Main Hotel to the Wedding

The historical conch train will bring guests from The Capitana to Fort Zachary Taylor. The train will then bring guests back from Fort Zachary Taylor to The Capitana after the reception. The train will also make a few stops on Duval street to drop off guests who want to keep the party going after the reception ends!
