This is a Standing Ceremony- there will not be chairs provided. The ceremony will take place at Sahalie Falls Viewpoint. Parking can be hard to get if it is busy. Ceremony is on National Forrest Public land, so there will be no chairs and no noise amplification. To get to the viewpoint platform, you will need to navigate the trail about 100ft. Please be aware that while the trail is well maintained, it can be slippery when wet and there are stairs to get down to the viewing point. This waterfall does have mist, and we are in Oregon, so be prepared for any kind of weather! If you can't make it to the ceremony, please still come celebrate with us for the reception!
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Reception clothing should be comfortable and layered so that you can take layers on and off.
We will have an area set up for eating and socializing. Potluck Style- we bring the protein, soda/water, dessert- you bring a side dish! Stick around and enjoy the day with us! There are rowboat rentals, kayaking/paddleboarding on the lake, and plenty of trails in the area to explore. We will have yard and board games. There is a fire pit for later on in the evening.
