What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are family and planning to attend our ceremony, the ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Feel free to arrive anytime after 3:00pm. All other guests are welcome to come any time after 4:30pm for our social hour! *Due to space restrictions, Grant and Maria will be having an intimate ceremony with their family earlier in the day.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

Dinner will be served around 6:00pm. Following dinner, there will be speeches, dessert, and partying the night away until we get kicked out at 12:00 am. Late night bites will also be provided!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting kegs of beer and there will also be a hosted amount of liquor that we will cover. Once the beer and hosted amount is gone, there will be a cash bar. We will also have (unlimited) soda available.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Everyone will start with a plated chopped BLT salad and artisan bread with a whipped rosemary garlic butter. For dinner, we will be serving your choice of the options below - you will select your option when you RSVP: Asiago Encrusted Chicken - Asiago breaded chicken breast topped with a rich garlic herb cream sauce. Dijon Pretzel Encrusted Pork Loin - served with a honey mustard cream sauce. The two above options will be accompanied by Vermont White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Monaco Blend Vegetables. Vegetarian Option - Triple Cheese Tri Color Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce. Coffee will also be available during dinner.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn. The hotel is located downtown St. Cloud, and it is less than one mile from our wedding venue. Be sure to mention "Fingalsen Wedding" or “Starr Wedding” when booking or use the link provided under the Travel tab to receive a discounted rate.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available to bring guests to and from the hotel. Shuttle service will begin at 3:00 pm for those invited to the ceremony. If you are not staying overnight, complimentary parking is available in The Regency parking lot near the venue. Parking Address: 105 8th Ave S St. Cloud, MN 56301 If Google Maps is giving you trouble, the lot is located just south of St. Mary’s Cathedral.

Are kids welcome?

Sadly, no - we do love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. So, reach out to your sitter, enjoy your night off as parents, and come PARTAY!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We wish we could allow more guests, but due to space restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Absolutely not! We want you to wear whatever you are comfortable with! The bridesmaids will be wearing green, the groom and groomsmen will be in a charcoal grey, and the bride will be wearing white- in case matching the bridal party is a concern of yours.
