We're Getting Married!!!

It started with... Him: Liked your photo Her: Thanks!! Him: I know you don't want kids, but I just wanted to say hello and tell you that you are beautiful!!! Hope you have an amazing weekend!🧡🧡 Her: Awe... That is sweet of you to say! Thank You! Yes my child bearing years are unfortunately over... I saw that in your profile and was like 🤔...But felt like why not respond🤷🏽‍♀️... Him: No problem at all. And I understand. And yep, why not respond lol... ...Fast Forward thru 8-hour Face Time Dates, Game Night, and Meet & Greets (with other people 😏) and here we are today...Ready to do Life Together!

It was the celebration of Tavares' birthday. The invitee list included his Mother, Father, Brothers and cousins who came in from Chicago, family and friends that were already in Atlanta, and some of Starr's family and friends. There was a moment during the birthday party when it was time to sing happy birthday to Tavares and pass out the cupcakes. Starr tried to start the moment sporadically with people kind of all over the place, but Tavares wanted to move the party into Lounge 525 (AKA the Garage) so that everyone could be in one spot to start the festivities. After everyone sang Happy Birthday🎂🎈 to Tavares, the speeches began celebrating Tavares and even some speeches celebrating Tavares and Starr by Momma Kathy, Daddy Floyd, Fiancé-to-Be Starr, Cat Daddy Smooth Danny, Cousin Chuck, Daughter Cameron, Mikeal and it ended with Lil Sis Tiff setting up a great Segway into the surprise (unbeknownst to her and everyone else for that matter) that caught everyone off guard. As Tiff ended her speech, Starr was preparing to pass out cupcakes, Daddy Floyd was saying "Nothing could top that" (referring to Tiff's speech), and Tavares was reaching into his waist preparing to outdo every speech that had been said!😊 As he pulled out a ring box, everyone caught wind to what was happening and started screaming, pulling out cell phones and backed Starr into the wall who was beyond shocked as to what was happening. On bended-knee, Tavares gave the sweetest, sincerest, loving speech, asking Starr to marry him, she said yes and here we are today inviting you to our wedding to celebrate our love and witness our decision of marriage to do life with each other.
