Please come comfy, ready to relax, bond, and have some fun before the wedding. Or come over later after you are ready to rock! We’ll be doing a potluck-style breakfast and lunch, so here’s the plan: Breakfast: We will have quiches (thank you, Carol!), fruit, and mimosas to get us started. Lunch: Looking for someone to pick up a sandwich platter and some veggies. Get with Carol! Feel free to bring anything else you think will keep us fueled and happy—anything is welcome! Can’t wait to spend this special time together! *Note - this event is for ladies only. I wasn't able to separate the parties to remove the men, so while they are on the RSVP, their time will be better spent hanging with the groom, fishing. Love, Jennifer

Parking: Limited; carpooling highly recommended! Restrooms located nearby. Head towards the stables where someone from Sandy Creek will guide you. Ceremony Site: The ceremony is out-doors and a short distance from the cocktail (stables) and reception (pavilion) sites. Sandy Creek Farms has a shuttle service that will drive you down to the island where the ceremony will take place, and drive you back up. The shuttle can hold up to 14 people and takes approximately 5 minutes round trip. If you plan to catch the shuttle, please get there early as guests will not be able to reach the island once the ceremony begins. You are allowed to walk to the island if you prefer. The path is a gravel road and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to get from the parking lot to the ceremony site. Ask a Sandy Creek rep to point you in the right direction. Water will be provided on the island but no other food or drinks will be available until the social hour begins. There are bathrooms located on the island.

Cocktail hour will take place at the stables where you caught the shuttle. The shuttle is available from the island back up to the top, walking is also available. The stables are indoor/outdoor with limited AC, fans will be on, and doors will be open for a nice breeze. There will be a few light bites with cocktails available.

The dinner reception is right next door from cocktail hour (stables). Wedding party will get announced out back of the stables in the flagstone patio area around 6:15PM. Guests will then make their way into the pavillion for the dinner festivities. We will start with a welcome announcement from the Bride & Groom, followed by the prayer, toasts, cake cutting, then dinner!

TIMELINE FOR AFTER DINNER EVENTS - stay tuned! After Dinner events include first dances, anniversary dance, tossing of the bouquet, bride and groom surprise event for guests, open dancing, send off event, etc.
