When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd love it if we could know by February 1, 2026 to give the venue plenty of time to lock in our headcount.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please mark on your RSVP if you have intentions of bringing a plus one with you that has not been previously accounted for, or shoot us an email at turntechnogodhead@gmail.com to ask! Each request will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail. Given the time of year in CO, please bring a nice jacket in case of colder weather. As with any wedding, please avoid wearing dresses that are white, cream, ivory, or eggshell.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Any child above 10 years of age is welcome to celebrate with us! Please be sure to mark on your RSVP if you will be bringing a child 10+ years old with you so we can be sure they have a plate reserved for them. We kindly ask that if you have any younger children or babies, that they are watched by a trusted figure at home during the celebration. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this decision.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please mark it on your RSVP or message us to let us know what allergy you have! We have quite a few people at the event who have known allergies, and the venue is very accomodating. We have chosen a wide ensemble of foods to give our guests variety, and have an arrangement to allow those with allergies 'first pick' of the buffet to ensure as little cross-contamination as possible.

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

We decided to forego the usual beer and wine to instead highlight the Italian Soda Bar we worked with the venue to have! A bartender on site will be ready to craft our signature drinks, or work with you to craft your very own concoction. We will have a sign displaying the variety of syrup flavors, bases, and toppings to choose from, and hope you all have a blast with it!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 p.m. sharp, so please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m. at the latest to get situated and avoid interfering with the processional.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! After reaching the entrance of the venue, turn left and follow the road to the on-site parking lot. From there, you will walk back toward the gated entrance and up the road to the Tapestry House. The ceremony site is behind the Tapestry House mansion. Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We highly recommend the Hilton Fort Collins, which is only a 17 minute drive from our venue. We also a room block with that hotel from 4/8-4/10 to give guests who book using our link a discount per night, along with other amenities. Please see more information in our Travel tab above.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

As of now, everyone is responsible for their own transportation to the ceremony from the hotel via personal car, Uber/Lyft, taxi, etc. If you are unable to secure transportation, please notify us as early as possible so that we can discuss accomodations to help you get there.
