Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to extend invitations to plus one's. Please limit the number of party members RSVPing to those addressed on the invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is business casual. We would love to see everyone dressed up a little and get some fabulous photos with our guests! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking at the venue but it is a first come, first serve situation. Please make sure to be mindful of those attending who may have issues walking further distances. Additional parking is available down the street at the school if the venue lot overflows.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, but it will be limited to seltzers, beer, and wine. We do ask that no one brings their own alcohol to the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the historic nature of the venue and the potential for drinking, we ask that no one brings any children under the age of 14 years old. The stairs can be steep and the upper balcony hand railing is low. We do not want to risk the safety of any of our guests.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st so that the final head count can be provided to the catering service.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:00 p.m. so we recommend that guests arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can get to know other family members and enjoy the day!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have listed some of the local hotels on the Travel page of this website. All of them are close to the venue too!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure that your request can be accommodated.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Sadly, there is no transportation to and from the local hotels to the ceremony. All of the hotels in Delaware, OH are within a 15 minute drive of the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting two bridal showers for both sides of the family since we understand that the location of the wedding is too far to travel for many and a 5 hour drive each way is not reasonable for a bridal shower. For those on the western side of WV, the bridal shower will be held at the Senior Center in Ripley, WV on June 8th. For those on the eastern side of WV, the bridal shower will be held at the Summit Point Baptist Church. The date is TBD.

Will we be able to get copies of engagement and wedding photos?

Answer

Absolutely! While it may take a little, after the wedding all photos will be digitally available for download and printing if you want them. If you have trouble accessing them, please do not hesitate to reach out!
