What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Abernethy Center, located at 606 15th St, Oregon City, OR 97045. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
Driving is the easiest way to get to the wedding. It is located in downtown Oregon City, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Portland. Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are available in the area.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, two parking lots are available at the venue in addition to ample street parking. The first parking lot is located at 606 15th Street, Oregon City, OR 97045 and the second at 1326 John Adams Street, Oregon City, OR 97045.

For out-of-town guests, where do you recommend staying?
Answer
We have reserved room blocks at the Best Western Rivershore and the Residence Inn Portland Clackamas. Please see the Travel section of our website for more details on how to book!

What is the wedding day itinerary?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. We will be dining and dancing until 11:30pm.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at the venue promptly at 4:45pm, so that you can enjoy the wonderful natural area and mingle with friends and family pre-ceremony!

What is the dress code?

We encourage you to get as dressed up as you please showing off your most fabulous fits!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. If needed, please bring an extra layer for your comfort outdoors during the ceremony. Guests will be on paved and cobblestone paths, so special shoes are not necessary. The cocktail hour and reception will both take place indoors.

How do I RSVP and when is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Formal paper invitations were be sent out in July which will provided a link where you can RSVP. For the purpose of having an accurate headcount, please RSVP by Saturday, September 14, 2024. If you are having trouble finding your name in the RSVP link please use the name listed on your invitation.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please include this information with your RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, kids are welcome! If you need any specific accommodations (e.g. high chair,) please let us know.
