Question

What is the health and safety policy for attending the scheduled events?

Answer

Health and Safety policy: Attendees must be fully vaccinated and boosted (i.e., 3 doses total) AND have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of event. We understand some won't be able to accomodate this policy. If you cannot accomodate this policy for whatever reason, we lovingly ask that you do not attend. We would love to find another time to celebrate with you, instead. Also, many bars and restaurants in Portland require proof of vaccination so please be sure to bring documentation (i.e., physical vaccination card or photo of card)! COVID tests: At-home rapid tests are perfectly fine. There are also local testing sites in Portland if you need it.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Most of the events scheduled for the weekend are outdoors, but have indoor or covered outdoor capacity as well in case it rains.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

It's Portland, it rains. We will still hold our events as planned, mostly outdoors. We have planned for tent rentals and heaters at Overlook House if the weather is particularly cold and wet, but please plan on bringing rain gear and maybe a warm jacket depending on the forecast.

Question

Are the events kid-friendly?

Answer

Though we love your kiddos, we are only able accommodate children of immediate family. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Question

Where can I get a COVID test in Portland?

Answer

First, at-home rapid tests are perfectly fine to use. However, if you would like to test in Portland. The main one we recommend is through Curative (https://book.curative.com/). Curative has several free testing sites around Portland and includes PCR and rapid tests, however make sure to schedule at least a week ahead of time.
