Is there a dress code?
Answer
You do you! This is a Montana wedding! Think half metropolitan, half country. :)
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
In late October we will be having a PDX wedding "After Party" for those who cant make it to our Montana wedding - please see "Schedule" under heading.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is at 4. People can casually arrive as early as 3 and grab refreshments prior to the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
You are welcome to bring a guest- we ask that you RSVP if you plan to do so.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Absolutely! Have you met us? Please bring the whole family. None of this event will be exclusionary. Those of you camping on the land with your families, there will be a designated area for "bed by 10pm" and we will provide a quiet place for you to rest.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will have a family style set up, the choice will be yours! Our cake will be pleasantly filled with gluten and dairy.

Are the events inside or outside?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside, without cover unless weather requires shelter! We suspect daytime will be warm and evening may get chilly!

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
We will have alcohol free refreshments for our crowd that doesn't drink or is expecting! We will have beer and wine, no hard alcohol. If you're in it for the party, we recommend skipping the travel and coming to our Portland Afer Party in October.

I want to camp or glamp on the property. How does that work?
Answer
Please email us your request at katherinestarbird@gmail.com Our contract requires: $20 per person camping on the land $100 for a 16x20 canvas glamping tent. Think luxury air mattress set up. :) All dogs on the property must pay a $75 fee, all unclaimed dogs are $150. INCLUDED: glaming tent rentals are only a 16x20 ft canvas tent. You can bring your own air mattress if you like. There will be porta pottys and access to water for hand cleaning, no showers for the camping crowd.

What will the temperature be like?
Answer
It will likely be warm in the day. After sun down there will likely be a chill! Bring your puffy! Or something to keep you warm.

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
We'd prefer you don't. Mostly because we cant bring ours due to an injury and we'd love to not be reminded of missing her all weekend! If you have no other option- of course we understand! What happens if I consider drinking and driving?

You wont. Don't be that person. We invite you to save your partying desires for our PDX After Party celebration on October 20th. Uber & Lift are abundant!

Whats the vibe going to be?
Answer
Connection + Celebration! Family in the main house, friends and family camping and glamping. We're planning an intimate weekend of celebration and fun!

Will there be restrooms close by?
Answer
There will be plenty of restrooms in the main house, preferably for guests staying in the house. We will have clean porta potty's onsite for outdoor use and for our campers!
