Wedding ceremony and reception will be an at-home, out-of-doors event. Semi-formal attire and sensible shoes are recommended. Dinner and dancing will follow the ceremony under a tent with music provided by DJ Paul Chamberlin "The Music Machine".

Where are we parking?

Answer

We have a large grass lot on the east side of our property that will be available for parking along with areas along Harder Road. We appreciate our private drive be reserved for vendors.

I got my invitation, can i bring a date?

Answer

As long as you RSVP that you are bringing a date.

Question

It's an outdoor wedding, What if it rains?

Answer

The reception will be held in a large tent. If rains disrupt the ceremony, it will be moved under the tent as well.

Can we bring the whole family(kids)?

Answer

The Bride and Groom request that this remain an adults only event.

Gifts--Do you have a registry?

Answer

If you would like to mark the occasion of our celebration with a gift, we ask that you join us in supporting Bold Hope Ministries' work in Costa Rica. Donations in honor of our union may be left on the gift table or made via Paypal to TomandStarGarries@gmail.com. Please, include a note to us with your donation! We will be delivering the funds to Bold Hope during a visit to them while on our honeymoon.

What's on the Menu?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, drinks and appetizers will be served on the lawn. Dinner is buffet style with options of chicken or pig roast. Cake and cupcakes to follow. (Due to sensitivities, all food served will be gluten free with exception of desert. A few servings of gluten free cake will be available.)

Is the reception "open bar"?

Answer

We will be offering a selection of beer and wine after the ceremony and throughout the reception.

How will people be seated?

Answer

For the ceremony, sit wherever you feel most comfortable-no need to pick a side! We will be using the same chairs for the reception and those will need to be transferred to the tent during the hors d'oeurvres hour (when the couple will be taking wedding photos). Seating for the reception is assigned. So, you may also choose to use that hour to find your table and table-mates.

What about 'rona--are masks required?

Answer

We want each of our guests to feel comfortable. Each guest is free to choose for themselves if that includes wearing a mask (or not) for any part of our celebration. The wedding party will not be wearing masks.
