When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to all events by July 12, 2025.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party - Casual. Shorts, tshirts, and sandals are welcome. Wedding - Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. We will provide transportation on the wedding day to and from the hotel block/venue. If you are not staying at the hotel, you will still be able to use the transportation provided, but you will need to make your way to the hotel for pickup and plan to be dropped off at the hotel after the reception. Please let us know in the RSVP if you plan to utilize the transportation. There is plenty of parking at the venue, but we want to make sure everyone is safe (yes, there's an open bar, wink wink).

Is Uber/Lyft available?

Answer

Uber/Lyft/Taxi services are available from the Denver airport to the hotel area/Denver. However, they will NOT be available to/from the wedding venue. We will be providing transportation to and from the venue/hotel on the wedding day. Otherwise, you should be able to use rideshare services throughout the weekend, including to/from the welcome party.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! There is a question on the RSVP portion that asks for dietary restrictions. We will be having a buffet and stations so the food should accommodate most requests, but our caterers will provide special options for guests as needed.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unless specified on your invitation, we ask that you do not bring a guest. Thanks for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kiddos from the bottom of our hearts, but this event will be child-free, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We hope you can take the weekend to enjoy yourselves and have the parent getaway that you deserve!
