Despite our lack of skill at the plate, in the summer of 2024 we both hit a home run when we met. Who knew adult rec league softball could be so...engaging. We started dating in August and after almost two years we are getting married! Our relationship has taken us from relaxing weekends at Mason Lake all the way to the Amalfi Coast in Italy, where Scott got down on one knee and asked the most important question of his life (she said yes!) We are excited for what the future holds and excited to celebrate with our friends and family.
On our one year anniversary last August, Scott took Jillian to Canlis - a meal we had begun planning just a few months into dating. We had a six-course meal at the most famous restaurant in Seattle & still think about the cheese foam on the focaccia.
We are heading to Europe! Jillian wants to take Scott to her favorite city, Prague, and we plan to journey through Germany & Austria as well. Scott wants to go for the holidays so we can see the Christmas markets & Jillian is making a pitch to add Budapest to the itenirary.
Last September we traveled to Italy where Scott proposed on a warm night on the Amalfi Coast. We celebrated the next day with lounging on the beach in Positano & swimming in the Tyrrhenian Sea.
We are getting married on August 2026 in a small ceremony with immediate family in Tacoma, WA.
