Please note that the state of Hawaii is still subject to travel restrictions and mandates. We will do our best to keep you all up to date with any possible restrictions that we may face at our event as we move forward. We recommend that all guests keep an eye on travel restrictions and have a travel plan before hand.
Space at our venue is limited, so we have included all guests and plus ones in our mailed invitations. If you have been given a plus one, you will see them included with your name when you RSVP.
Yes! Please reach out to us to let us know or remind us at the time that you RSVP. We are happy to be able accommodate everyone!
Dressy casual or festive ‘Aloha’ attire is encouraged! There will be some grassy areas, and please wear comfortable shoes if you choose to take the paved trail to the Waterfall Ceremony.
Parking will be available at the Waimea Park visitors center. Our ceremony is located at the waterfall at the top of the park. It is roughly a 1 mile paved path to the ceremony site. We recommend arriving a little early and walking this beautiful trail, but shuttles will be provided for all guests who would like one.
Yes! We have created a photo sharing event on 'the Guest' app. Please feel free to share your own photos from the wedding day and evening, but please remember that our wedding ceremony will be "unplugged", so no photos during the ceremony. We will share our professional photos of the ceremony with all of you after the wedding. To share your photos of the day, download 'the Guest' app on your phone, and use our event code: JOHNMEGAN2021
