What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 5-5:15 PM at Park Winters, and settle in with a refreshment! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

What will the weather be like at Park Winters?

Answer

The wedding will have both indoor and outdoor components, and doors will be open between for ease of access. Based on historical accounts, the temperatures in Winters, California around 5:30 PM will be ~80-90°F / ~26-32°C. We expect the temperature to be cooler going into the evening. Lovely time of year to enjoy the California Sun!

We are planning this event as an adults-only celebration, and we hope this advance notice allows you to join us for a fun night off! We are looking forward to a truly special evening with you all. We understand that some of you are new parents, and need to travel with your newborn. If this applies to you, please reach out so we are aware, and we can find the best way to accomodate you and your little one. That said, we do ask that the area for our ceremony / vow exchanges remain baby-free for the duration (est. 30 mins). Otherwise, we are grateful for your effort to celebrate with us!

Will there be a hotel block for staying the night?

Answer

Yes - we have negotiated a secured a discounted hotel block at Hotel Winters (approximately 5-10 minutes drive from the venue). Please navigate to the 'Travel' tab up at the top, and click on the View button under Hotel Winters to secure your reservation.
