What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 5:20 PM if you are attending the solemnisation, or by 6:15 PM if you are joining from the cocktail reception. This way, you will have time to settle in before the programme begins.

Where is the Grand Ballroom located?

Answer

The Grand Ballroom is on Level 3 of Grand Hyatt Singapore. Once you enter the hotel's main lobby (at Grand Wing) you can take the escalator or lift up to Level 3, where hotel signage and staff will guide you.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, basement parking is available via Scotts Road. Please note that parking lots may be limited, so we encourage guests to also consider taking MRT or taxi.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress in your kind of elegance. Both formal attire and smart casual are welcome. Choose something that makes you feel comfortable and celebratory.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, children are warmly welcome to join the celebration. Please include them in your RSVP so that we can prepare accordingly.

I am having issues with the RSVP form. What should I do?

Do not worry. If the RSVP form is not working or you are unsure, simply contact or text Stanley or Si Hui personally, and we will be happy to register for you and your family.

Do you have a gift preference?

Answer

Your presence is already the greatest gift. If you would like to bless us, a red packet (ang bao) would be most appreciated as we begin our journey together.

Will there be vegetarian or special meal options?

Answer

Yes, vegetarian meals and other dietary requirements can be arranged. Please indicate your needs in the RSVP form, or let us know directly.

What time will the banquet end?

Answer

The banquet is expected to conclude around 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of time for your journey home.

Are there nearby hotels if I want to stay overnight?

Answer

Yes, Grand Hyatt offers different room types. There are also many hotels nearby, along Orchard Road, to suit different preferences and budgets. If you would like a discounted rate at Grand Hyatt, let us know and we can help arrange a booking for you.

What if I need to update my RSVP later?

If your plans change after you have RSVP’d, just reach out to us directly. We understand and will gladly update your response.
