To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is January 8th 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand. We will also be reaching out closer to the RSVP date to check in with you.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation and their name will be available on the RSVP website. Thank you for understanding.
As much as we love your little ones, this event is exclusively for adults with the exception of children of family who we have invited separately.
We'd love to see you all dressed up for our big day! Formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit, no jeans please! Extra note - bridal party is rocking olive green, so avoid that colour.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like, and be sure to share them with us as well :)
Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine and beer during dinner, and an open bar with spirits for the party! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! :)
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully), the ceremony will be held outside. The reception however will be a few steps away indoors in the beautiful Garden Room.
Unfortunately with all our loved ones coming from all around the world, designated transportation hasn't been organised. Please see the travel page for some ways to get to the venue from the city.
