Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking with us down the aisle.

Thalen Masada

Maid of Honor

Thalen has been my best friend since we were 12? I don’t think we ever landed on a story of how we met.. Anyway, that should should tell you a lot. Lol. We were attached at the hip up until college and then lived AND worked together for a while before moving in with the boys we’re now marrying! She’s my favorite person (except for Stanley, but he can thank her for forcing me to go on that first date where I told her I’d “be right back” 😂).

Scott Low

Best Man

Scott and I met on an organized tour of Europe right after graduation. On day one, we found out that we had both landed jobs at the same company, in the same city, at around the same time, and quickly bonded over prioritizing food over museums. We’ve been friends ever since. He’s a man of a million hobbies and an equal amount of energy, and always quick with a word of support and an invite to dinner. I’m still shocked that we actually met, but I’m glad that we did.

Hailee Englebert

Bridesmaid

Hailee might be the fastest friend I’ve ever made. I think we had a class together with a mutual friend who ended up being somewhat of a catalyst for what would become the next several years of me having a big-sister -person that would take me home with her for home cooked meals and teach me about wine. She’s also been a huge part of me growing up — showing me what it means to be a good friend in the chaos that is our early-mid twenties.

Rahul Singh

Groomsman

Rahul and I were roommates for the latter half of college (go Jackets!), courtesy of a mutual friend that invited me to live with them. It was a great couple of years, constantly being around some of my closest friends. Thankfully, this particular friendship didn’t end after graduation; to my great fortune, Rahul ended up moving out to Seattle and living just a few minutes away from my place. Although we’ve traded in our late-night cereal debates for slightly-less-late-night shenanigans, Rahul remains one of my closest friends. You can always count on him for sage wisdom and a good playlist. (Ask him about scotch or The National.)

Ryan Amendola

Bridesman

Ryan is the college friend that made sure I was always 1) safe and 2) having a good time. He was also my (and therefore most of the friends I made in college’s) RA my freshman year LOL. I think we’re friends because he lets me ask him questions about literally anything. Ryan was and continues to be one of my favorite sounding boards, style consultants and general reality-checks.

Omid Ghomeshi

Groomsman

I couldn’t really tell you exactly when or how Omid and I became friends; he and Scott lived in the same building at one point, and we probably met at a party, but beyond that it’s really anyone’s guess. I can tell you that Omid and I have been great friends ever since. Over the years, he’s been equal parts travel buddy, style consultant, meme researcher, and personal sounding board. I don’t remember exactly how we met, but I’m really glad that we did.

Cameron Michel

Bridesman

Cameron is my brother. Honestly, we’re all surprised he made the bridal party cut but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Our parents were crazy and had us 13 months apart, which has mostly meant we’ve either been friends or fighting (lol). I love that in this chapter of our lives, we get to be the former. He will always be the sibling with the crazier stories and the built in lucky clover and I will always be the sister laughing and cringing in awe.

Danny Pikus

Groomsman

Danny has been one of my best friends since the 8th grade. We spent pretty much the entirety of high school together, which means he was witness to every part of my awkward teenage years (which, to his credit, he never brings up!) Despite going to different colleges and living in different cities, we’re still close friends, and no matter how much time passes between conversations and hangouts, as soon as we’re together it feels like no time has passed at all. I’m grateful to have a friendship that’s lasted as long as ours. He’s got a ton of interesting stories to tell, so be sure to find him at the reception!

Dane Pham

Bridesman

Dane is my baby cousin, who magically grew up into this whole person that loves to visit us in Seattle and hang out with us (…and do research/errands for Big Stanley and Claire Life Things 😉). Dane is in law school now but gets to spend his summers driving from Tacoma to Seattle every weekend because that’s how much he likes hanging out with us!

Saili Raje

Groomswoman

I met Saili courtesy of a mutual friend shortly after I moved to Seattle in 2015, and we’ve been close friends pretty much from the start. Saili is one of the most supportive people you’ll ever meet, always ready to lend a hand or hype you up. She’s also always willing to give you her time. Want to take a trip to Vegas? She’s already packed her bag. Need to just sit around and watch a sitcom? She’ll be there, with dinner, in about 20 minutes. She’s been a great friend to me and to Claire (who I think she might actually like more than she likes me, though she’d never admit it 👀) and I’m thankful for her presence in our lives.
