What should I wear?

Answer

Our November wedding will be outdoors on grass and gravel, so dress comfortably but stylishly! The attire is Cocktail/Texas Formal—think long cocktail dresses for ladies; slacks and blazers for guys. Western touches like hats and boots with dark denim and a sport coat are welcome. No sneakers and please avoid white, ivory, or cream colors. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 14th if you are planning on staying on-site. Otherwise, the deadline to RSVP is October 14th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You may begin taking your seat at 4pm. Please be seated by 4:20. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there lodging available?

Answer

As a travel courtesy we have blocked off lodging for our guests at Lucky Arrow Retreat. Please contact us asap if you would like us to reserve lodging for you. There are a few hotels nearby that I have provided links to on the Lodging Tab.

Are children allowed?

Of course, we love our tiny humans! There is a playground on site and plenty of games and space to run around.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site at Bell Springs Winery and at Lucky Arrow lodging.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Most likely yes. But please let us know well in advance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Lucky Arrow Lodging and Bell Springs Winery are on the same property, connected by a gate. Other recommended hotels are within 5 miles, and no transportation will be provided.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be Saturday day-time activities on the lodging site in the Beer Garden such as Axe-throwing, arcade games and swimming.
