Question

what time should i arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! There will be a parking attendant, and if golf cart transportation is needed from the parking lot to the ceremony space, please let the bride of groom know ahead of time, or let any of the staff know the day of.

Question

will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) with an option to do the ceremony inside if need be. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor/outdoor setting, and dinner and dancing will be in indoor spaces!

Question

what happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head straight to the patio for cocktail party. The bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Family and bridal party will stay near the ceremony site for pictures, so please don’t wander too far!

Question

what should i wear? is there a dress code?

Answer

A wedding is the perfect excuse to get all dressed up! The bride and groom would love to see guests in semi-formal attire. Being October, we can expect the weather may get a bit chilly, so ladies, feel free to bring a jacket or shawl to help keep yourself comfortable!

Question

can i bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or other family members at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! If you don't, please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us

Question

what should i do if i can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

will food and drinks be served at the reception? what kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be plated with options to choose from when you RSVP. If there are any dietary restrictions or accommodations we should be aware of, please note that when choosing dinner option and/or reach out to the bride and groom

Question

where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, Amazon, and Target. Our registry can be found on our website

Question

can i take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony so our photographer can capture uninterrupted moments. You are more than welcome to take all the pictures you want after the ceremony has concluded!

Question

when will the reception end?

Answer

Last song will be at 10:55 PM. Please try your best to be off the premises at 11:30 p.m. Shuttles will be available to transport those who are staying at the hotel. Shuttle schedule will be outlined in the travel portion of the website

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved with the hotel found under the travel section of our website. Bride and groom are planning on having a shuttle to transport guests to the hotel after the reception.

Question

How accessible is the venue?

Answer

A golf cart/attendant will be available to take any guests who may need a ride from the parking lot to the ceremony space; it is a short walk (~500 ft), though through uneven terrain. If there are any concerns about walking to the ceremony space, please reach out to the bride and groom so they can coordinate with the venue.
