What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive at 2:45 pm and are asked to be fully seated by 3:25 pm.

What is the Shuttle Schedule?

Answer

The shuttle will be running from the Hilton Garden Inn downtown starting at 1 pm until 3pm for the ceremony. Then, it will run again from Mayowood back to the hotel at the tops of the hours: 8, 9, 10, and 11 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at Mayowood. Vehicles that remain in the lot overnight must be moved by 10 a.m. on Sunday, February 28, 2027.

RSVP's are due by January 1, 2027. However, the sooner, the better!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We encourage you to dress your best! Note: The wedding party will be wearing dessert rose satin & blush colored dresses as well as black suits.
