Our registry will include items that we would like on top of ways you can donate to us I.E house fund, honeymoon, and experiences. The cash fund allow guests to contribute any amount via credit card or Venmo. Thank you for thinking of us and taking the time to attend our day.
We encouraged that you uber/Lyft/ride shares to the event. Parking will be limited.
November to March is considered Dry season. The temperature will still reach 100 degrees during the day but at night will be around 80. There might be rain but for sure humidity.
Dress modestly for temple. We’ll be by the water so bring swimsuits or clothes you normally wear in the summer time. Our wedding will be semi beach formal/ if you want Thai traditional dress or men wears- they have rentals
When you’re in Bangkok- you’ll need to take a domestic flight to Udon Thani airport (approx 1 hr flight) from there we will shuttle you to hotel and venue. It is northeast part of Thailand. Please coordinate with us when you arrive to Udon Thani international airport. We will shuttle you from the airport to hotel. If you have any questions- please ask Stang
The timeline: start at 8am-3pm -Buddist ceremony-monk blessing. -Khan mak procession: groom’s family and friends parade to the bride. -Water Pouring ceremony. -White Thread Ceremony -Lunch & Reception to follow. Music, dancing, and food.
Nong Khai is a city in northeastern Thailand on the Mekong River, serving as a border town and gateway to Laos. directly across from Vientiane, the capital of Laos. From Bangkok you will fly into Udon Thani International Airport approx 1hr flight. Price varies from $60-120 for round trip and $30 and etc for one way.
