I first came across Hunter’s Instagram through Christy Stalnaker, a photographer I followed, a now good friend and who has taken Hunters family pictures for years. I decided to follow him, but didn’t think much of it at the time. Then in July 2021, he showed up on my Snapchat Quick Add. I decided to add him, just for fun. He added me back and messaged me almost right away. That night, we stayed up texting for hours. I was leaving for the beach the next day, but we kept talking the whole time I was gone. When I got back, we met up and drove around Hartselle. It felt easy, like we’d known each other forever. Since that night, we’ve been together. We've been together four years now!
