Officiant
We are so happy that Adrienne, one of our closest friends, will be officiating our wedding! Briana met Adrienne in 2013 after completing Initial Active-Duty Training with the Virginia Army National Guard, when she reported to her unit and SGT Faircloth was assigned as her team leader. What began as a mentorship quickly grew into a meaningful friendship, and over the years, Adrienne has become family. She was also the very first friend Briana introduced to Austin, which makes her role in our special day even more meaningful. We couldn’t be happier to have her standing with us as we begin this next chapter together.
Photographer
Our amazing photographer is one of our closest friends, Anthony (Aka Daniel!) Austin first met Anthony when he was assigned to the Cav Squadron and Anthony had returned from deployment. During his first few months there they were both practically living at work and bonded quickly. Austin has Anthony to thank for introducing him to his favorite Bulgogi Cheesesteak Eggrolls, and showing him a few tricks when cooking on the grill. Outside of cooking & grilling together, Anthony, Austin & Briana love their outings and date nights, even if Briana has to be the third wheel of their bromance. We're so thankful to have someone as bright as him capturing these beautiful moments for us. Be sure to follow him on IG @phocushausstudio
Fur Baby #1
Koya "Bean" Cook was Austin's #1 girl when he and Briana first met, and very quickly became one of Briana's best four-legged friends. She's now equally as much of a Mommas girl as she is Daddy's....unless they're competing for attention with her two Grandmas. She's the sweetest girl, loves cuddles, and loves herding her brothers around the yard even more. She may be smaller, but she lets them know who’s mightier and who the real boss is.
Fur Baby #2 & #3
It's no secret that were are "dog" people and when we decided it was time to look at getting another puppy, one somehow turned into two. Kylo was the runt of the litter, and Kenobi was his bigger brother that was always by his side and coming to his defense. With a bond like theirs we couldn't bear separating them, and even if sometimes they're double the trouble we wouldn't change it for the world. They are our sweet and rambunctious boys even if they are "baby" boxers, and as Yoda would say "The Force is Strong with this one" or in our case these two.
