What is parking like for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Ceremony 💒 We’ll be saying “I do!” at Christ the King Catholic Church in South Bend, Indiana. Parking is available on both the north and south sides of the church, with accessible parking available in the north parking lot. Reception 🥂 After the ceremony, it’s time to celebrate! Our cocktail hour & reception will be held at Four Winds Casino – Ribbon Town Event Center, about a 23-minute drive from the church. Don’t worry, we’ve left plenty of time between the ceremony and cocktail hour, so there’s no need to rush! When you arrive at Four Winds, complimentary valet parking will be available for all wedding guests, whether or not you’re staying at the hotel. Simply drive past the main casino entrances and follow the signs for the Hotel/Ribbon Town Event Center entrance. Then leave the keys, head inside, and get ready to eat, drink & celebrate with us!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation between the ceremony and reception will not be provided, so phone a friend, grab an Uber, or round up your favorite people for a carpool! If you arrive at the casino a little early, consider it bonus fun. Grab a drink, try your luck at the slots or tables, and start getting into party mode. Just save a little luck for Mary & Austin! 😉🎰

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Because We’re Fancy-ish Break out the dresses, suits, jumpsuits, and party shoes! We’re going for cocktail attire, so dress it up, have a little fun with it, and most importantly, wear something you can dance in.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Take a peek at your invitation! All save-the-dates and invitations are personally addressed to the guests included in our celebration. If you’ve been given a plus-one, it will be noted on your invitation. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. We promise it’s nothing personal, just weddings, headcounts, and all the fun logistics that come along with them!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a room block at Four Winds Casino, so when the reception ends, you won’t have to go far! We’re hoping to keep the celebration going on the casino floor for anyone who isn’t quite ready to call it a night. 🎰 Stay with us, play with us, and celebrate as long as your heart desires!
