Question

Do I need a Passport?

Answer

Yes. This is an international trip, so you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to ensure you receive it in time for your trip. Currently, passports are estimated to take 11 weeks to process, but due to delays we suggest applying a minimum of 3 months in advance as a precaution.

Question

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

There are a limited number of guests allowed into Dreams Los Cabos if staying off property. If the resort becomes full, access will not be granted. For guests who choose to stay off site, passes are required to attend each wedding event. Wedding day pass - $170 USD (guests will be welcomed on site 1 hr before ceremony, and until the end of reception) All Events pass - $330 USD (guests will be welcomed at resort 30 mins before each event or 1 hr before ceremony, and until the end of private function or reception) Please discuss with our wedding specialist, Sherryl Dabbs, if staying off property.

Question

When/How long should we stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at the least three nights/four days at the resort. A 3-night minimum is required to book within our held block with the best rate available. Our Welcome Party and Rehearsal Dinner (for all wedding guests) will be held in the evening on Wednesday, January 11th, so we recommend arriving in time to attend these events. The bride and groom will be staying at Dreams Los Cabos from Sunday, January 8th - Sunday, January 15th. We would love for guests join us for as long as they would like.
