What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm SHARP. The gates will be closed at 4:20 and no one else will be allowed to enter until after the ceremony. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15pm in order to park and get seated.

What is the dress code?

Dressy Casual. -- Please no tee shirts or tennis shoes.

Will events be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting; the ceremony will be held outside, cocktail hour will be both inside and outside, dinner and reception will be inside. Subject to change weather pending.

Can I bring a guest/my kids

Answer

Due to venue capacity we are only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Please, no extra.

What and when are we eating?

Answer

Cocktail hour will start at approximately 5:00. Light hors d'oeuvres will be available. For dinner there will be BBQ and sides.

Will there be an open bar?

We will have a limited selection of beer and wine available for all guests. Please feel free to bring your favorites to enjoy. **NO LIQUOR PLEASE!

5730 Red Oak Rd, Battleboro, NC 27809 From Raleigh you will take 64E towards Rocky Mount. (bare left) Take Red Oak Exit (exit 461) Take a left off of exit. Venue will be on the left approximately 5.5 miles. (Red Oak Elementary will be on your right, the venue is directly after on the left)
