What is the dress code?

Black Tie Preferred We invite our guests to dress up with us for the occasion! Tuxedos and floor-length gowns or formal dresses are encouraged. Dark, formal suits and elegant cocktail-length or midi dresses are also welcome. Please think formal, elegant, and wedding-ready! For our ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory, as those colors are reserved for the bride. Our bridesmaids will be wearing navy, so we kindly ask that you avoid navy dresses if possible, but it is certainly not required.

What is the Welcome Party?

We’d love for you to join us on Friday, October 30 as we kick off our wedding weekend! The Welcome Party will be held on the rooftop at Fairway Social, primarily outdoors. Light bites and drinks will be provided, so come ready to relax, mingle, and celebrate with us before the big day!

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?

Smart Casual The Welcome Party will be held primarily outdoors on the rooftop at Fairway Social, so please dress comfortably for the weather. Think polished but relaxed — button-downs or polos with khakis or slacks for men, and casual dresses, skirts, or elevated separates for women. Light bites and drinks will be provided, so come ready to kick off the wedding weekend with us!

How do I get to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Fairway Social is within walking distance of the hotel. For guests with mobility concerns, a small bus will be available to provide transportation to and from the Welcome Party.

Where will the wedding ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Primrose Cottage in Roswell, Georgia.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided for guests staying at The Hamilton Hotel or Hampton Inn & Suites. Shuttles will depart from both hotels at 4:30 p.m. and take guests to Primrose Cottage for the ceremony. Transportation will also be provided from Primrose Cottage back to both hotels following the reception. If you are staying at one of these hotels, we encourage you to take advantage of the provided transportation so you can relax and enjoy the celebration!

Can I park at the ceremony & reception venue

Answer

Yes! There is free parking available next door to the venue in the Roswell First Baptist Church parking lot. They allow wedding guests to park there, and can leave your car overnight if needed (just needs to be picked up before church on Sunday morning!).

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Since October evenings in Georgia can be chilly, we recommend bringing a shawl, wrap, or light layer just in case!

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! A dinner reception will follow cocktail hour. When submitting your RSVP, please be sure to select your preferred dinner entrée for each guest in your party.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception officially ends at 11:00 p.m., with our final send-off taking place shortly before then. For those who wish to join us, following the reception we will be headed out to Rockin Taco in downtown Roswell to keep the party going.

I already submitted my RSVP. Why do I need to RSVP again?

Answer

If you have already submitted your RSVP, we kindly ask that you please go back and submit your RSVP again to select your dinner entrée. Our meal selections are collected through the RSVP form, so we need each guest to make a menu selection. We apologize for the extra step and appreciate your help! Please be sure to complete your RSVP again by September 23rd.
