If you’d like to book through the hotel, please let us know! We’ll be sending them a list of guests, and the hotel will reach out directly to confirm your reservation and arrange payment. To ensure accommodations for everyone, priority will be given to guests traveling from out of town.
Due to limited space and the nature of our celebration, we’re only able to invite those listed on the invitations. We’re focusing on long-term and married couples—we truly appreciate your understanding!

Since our wedding falls on Halloween, we’re embracing the magic of the season with a formal masquerade theme. Dress to impress—and don’t forget your mask!
Our venue is handicap accessible, with certain areas specifically approved for accessibility. If you or a guest will need assistance moving between locations, please let us know in advance. We’re compiling a list to share with the venue so they can arrange golf cart transportation as needed.
There’s plenty of parking available at the venue, as well as additional parking across the street in a nearby lot.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception held indoors. In the event of rain or unfavorable weather, the ceremony will be moved inside. We’ll be prepared, rain or shine!
