Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We prefer no plus ones but if you absolutely feel as though you need a plus one, you may request a plus one in your RSVP.

Are children allowed at your wedding?

Answer

No. Guests should be 13+.

Where should I stay?

Answer

The most convenient hotel to stay is the Holiday Inn Express in West Jefferson. If you prefer an Airbnb, there are plenty located in Purlear, NC and surrounding areas to choose from.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand.

How do I get there and where should I park?

Answer

The venue is located on a mountain side. You will have to drive about a quarter of a mile on a gravel road to reach it. Limited Ubers are available in the area if needed also. There is plenty of guest parking at the venue. There will also be staff available to guide guest if needed. A golf cart shuttle is also provided to help guests around the property.

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on a cobblestone patio that overlooks the mountains. If it happens to rain, the ceremony will be moved under the pavilion space.

Are the reception and ceremony in the same place?

Answer

Yes. No traveling is necessary between the ceremony and the reception.

What time will dinner be served?

Answer

The reception will start at 6:30 p.m.

Where do I sit for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Any where you would like! No seating charts are necessary.

When and where do I RSVP?

Answer

When you receive the formal invitations, you will mail back your RSVP along with a plus one if you have one. Please RSVP by February 1st, 2025.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes, beer and wine will be available at cocktail hour. It is on a first come first serve basis, once it is run out, there will be no more available.

What time should I leave?

Reception ends at 11 p.m. Please make arrangements to leave a quarter til 11 p.m.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

No. For the entirety of the ceremony please do not take pictures. We have a great photographer who will do that for us. During the reception and after party, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is cocktail wear or semi formal. Please DO NOT wear the colors white, red, or any shade of greens.
