All guests 18 and older need valid identification and access credentials. All Military ID (Active Duty, Retired, or Dependent) or Common Access Card holders may gain entry and escort up to 10 persons at a time. If you or one of your attending family members does not have a Military ID (Active Duty, Retired, or Dependent) or Common Access Card, you MUST complete the SECNAV 5512 Form available here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1aPBUVZsP6wx6JPs2EXGfx9YhkjXuYL8e?usp=share_link All highlighted fields must be completed. U.S. citizens are required to provide a Social Security Number (SSN) and a second form of identification. Forms submitted without this information cannot be processed. Non-U.S. citizens are required to provide a valid passport from their country of citizenship, processing takes longer due to extra screening. Send completed forms to nabsdaccess@usna.edu Do not send forms to individual staff members. You may encrypt the PDF, as long as the password is included in your email. Submit forms as early as possible. Processing may take up to 30 days. Forms submitted within 10 business days of the event will not be processed. If it is too late, guests may still enter if escorted by a CAC/Military ID holder (up to 10 guests). You will only be contacted by USNA if a request is denied. Please do not request updates. The Naval Academy Chapel follows very strict guidelines. Please be sure to arrive slightly ahead of schedule. If driving, please allocate necessary time to park, as parking is first come first serve on the Naval Academy Yard. Guests will be seated at 3:40 PM. Chapel doors close at 3:50 PM. The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.
No photography is permitted inside the chapel. No reentry once you have exited the chapel. No late entry into the chapel will be permitted. Absolutely no alcohol, water, large bags, or glass items.

While we love your little ones, our wedding celebration will be primarily for adults. Children in the wedding party and those specifically included on invitations addressed “and family” are warmly welcome. Thank you for your understanding!
