Yes! We have set up shuttle transportation at the end of our reception to take our guests back to the hotel, if they are staying. Please no drinking or smoking of any kind on the shuttle. Shuttle transportation time will be 10-15 min ride back to the hotel. Shuttle will run for Aprox 3 hours at the end of the night! Update: shuttle services will be provided 9pm to 12:30am for guests staying at the hotel
We kindly ask only family members to the bride and groom/those that are directed are welcome to bring their kids. As we have many family and friends, who will be joining us on our big day. However there will be a strict curfew enforced for children below age 15 following dinner time.
Ceremony will start promptly at 2pm so please arrive early to accommodate for travel times. Ceremony is at the White Chapel on the Hawk Hollow Golf Course Property.
We kindly ask that you only bring a date if it is directed on envelope/card as we have many family and friends, who will be joining us on our big day.
Ceremony and Reception are located at the same address, there are two separate parking lots for chapel area and reception. Reception is only a walk across the road!
