When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 1st so we can turn in a final head count!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 PM to allow for plenty of time for parking and getting settled before the ceremony starts.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You are welcome to dress in autumn colors (think greens, reds, oranges and yellows) if you would like to match our bridal party! The dress code is cocktail attire.

Are kids welcome?

Due to limited venue space, adults only please.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please note any dietary requests and restrictions on your dinner selection on the RSVP, so we can pass that along to the catering team.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at Echo Mountain.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting, and there is a contingency indoor space if it is needed. The reception will be held indoors in the Echo Mountain lodge.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September in the mountains can be cooler, especially in the evenings, with highs in the low 70's and lows in the mid 40's. Please bring a jacket in case it gets chillier in the evening, but note the reception will be held indoors.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" page for our recommendations for hotels in the area. We have hotel blocks reserved at The Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway & at The Hampton Inn Denver-West/Golden, and there is information on how to book with the hotel block for discounted rates for both hotels!
