There will be two shuttles running between Ruby River Hotel and Beacon Hill Event center, between 4-4:45pm. The ceremony starts at 5pm!

We plan on having the ceremony outside (weather permitting) and while we expect the weather to be nice during early October, it can be unpredictable! Dinner will be served indoors as buffet-style
