Flight

Glacier Park International Airport (FCA)

This is by far the closest airport to the venue. If possible, we highly suggest flying into FCA and renting a car, carpooling, or taking a shuttle (see below). It's a 33 minute drive from the airport to Whitefish Mountain Resort where the wedding festivities will take place and 17 minute drive to the town of Whitefish.

Amtrak Train

- The historic Whitefish Depot is a major stop for Amtrak on the Empire Builder line and would be a fun experience for anyone who hasn't been on a train. - Contact Flathead Travel at 406-863-3300 for Amtrak deals and sleeper car information. You can also book via Amtraks website.

Airport Shuttle Information

You can also shuttle from the airport to your final destination. There is not a lot for ubers/lyfts in the area so I'd suggest if shuttling that you know someones car you might be able to hop in occasionally

Whitefish Mountain Resort

There are many places to stay on the resort! Booking opens in January 2024 for the summer season but we highly recommend that you call in to Central Reservations at 406-862-1960 at your earliest convenience to be placed on the Summer 2024 waitlist. You'll be able to request a specific property or a type of property at that time. They will then contact you mid January 2024 to finalize your reservation. There are also many lodging options on the Mountain through VRBO, Airbnb and other vacation rental websites. If you book a place through the resort remember to use our discount code: TETREAULTSPENCER to get 15%-25% off lodging. The 25% discount is applicable for those arriving on Thursday (or earlier) and staying a minimum of 4 nights. There are many hotels, Airbnb's and VRBO's in the area. Some hotel suggestions would be The Lodge on Whitefish Lake, The Firebrand Hotel (walkable to downtown), and Grouse Mountain Lodge.
