Why now?
Answer
Seriously. After 13 years, one kid, and multiple joint bank accounts, what made us want to get married? Well, we both turned 40. Legal stuff is easier for married couples. Everyone assumes we are married anyhow. But mostly, we super duper love each other and feel like making it official.

How can I help?

Thanks for asking! This will be pretty much a DIY affair, and we welcome any help from friends to make it happen. If you have special skills related to photography, DJ-ing, decorating, fancy desserts, or setting up/ taking down and want to lend a hand, please reach out.

Will there be karaoke?

Hell yeah! We are trying to put together a karaoke situation. Bonus points if you prepare a special performance just for Wolf and Stacy.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
No kids at the celebration please. We love your kids, but want to be able to party like adults. Babes in arms are welcome. We're looking into making some child care options available; please let us know asap if you'd like to get in on that.

Can I bring a date?

For anyone we have invited as an individual, rather than a couple, you are welcome to bring a +1, provided your your date knows how to have a good time.

What is the dress code?

We're going for Pacific Northwest beachy romance. We'll be looking fancy, but comfortable enough to dance.

By when should I RSVP?
Answer
We plan to lock down our catering needs by late spring. An RSVP by April 30, 2019 is much appreciated. If you plan to stay at the Adrift Hotel, you must book by June 6, 2019 to guarantee a room.

How will child care work?
Answer
We've hired two amazing sitters to watch kids. Both of the sitters teach at Matilda's pre-school, and one is a certified Montessori teacher. There are a limited number of slots, and first choice goes to people travelling from out of town. If you can't find a sitter, contact Wolf and Stacy to arrange this option. We are renting a room at the hotel for the kids to hang out. Drop off your kid between 4:00 and 4:30. Please pack a bag with sunscreen, water bottle, a change of clothes, pajamas, toothbrush/toothpaste, any comfort items, and any special instructions (like allergies) for your kid(s). The sitters will have activities for them, and they will likely do some beach adventures. We'll provide dinner and snacks for the kids. Pick up your kid by 10:00 PM.
